Job summary

Search Solutions in Montebello, CA seeks a Programs Coordinator to support a variety of program initiatives with our Management and Programs teams, plus external contacts such as City and County entities and foundations. This role covers outreach, recruitment and monitoring to build partner relationships.

Responsibilities include development and compliance of programs, reporting, and coordinating deliveries and distribution while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Public Relations or similar; four (4) years related experience.
• Demonstrates professionalism and cultural sensitivity when coordinating activities and communicating with customers and the community.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor during all interactions with staff and the public.
• Communicates accurately and timely with team members; strong planning and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who works effectively under pressure to meet goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and organizational abilities; participates in operational improvements.
• Displays integrity and professional conduct at all times.
• Computer experience with Microsoft products.
• Ability to carry and lift 30 to 40 pounds.
• Possess a valid California Driver’s License and travel within Los Angeles County as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and pursue new partnership opportunities and represent the organization at meetings and events.
• Coordinate, support and monitor program partners and track program progress.
• Develop and implement new program methods to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee data reporting, prepare management reports and organize data for submissions.
• Coordinate and place agency food and produce orders within the budget; manage delivery schedules.
• Assist with distribution setup, flow and safety in distribution areas.
