Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Business Operations Manager to support the USAF in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on coordinating multi-program portfolios, developing briefings, and managing acquisition and program documentation in a DoD context.

Qualified candidates will have a U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, and experience with MS Office; a Bachelor's degree with 0–5 years of related experience is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• SQL experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with up to three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed-OR,five years ofdirectly relatedexperience.
• Experience performing baseline administrative activities for multiple environments.
• Experience developing briefings for management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience in MS Office Suite software required.

Responsibilities

• Assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized to monitor progress toward taskings and initiatives.
• Training with the JCC2 applications and related systems.
• Build a SharePoint site to update and add videos of the applications.
• Provide strategic and tactical program planning within DoD/Air Force frameworks.
