TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking Project Acquisition Manager to support our mission at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

Interface (face–to–face, email, telephone, etc.) with various offices at HQ, Wing/Unit, CCMD levels to gather program information, identify program issues, and provide a summary assessment and/or findings to the Government Lead (via email, verbal communication, etc.), as requested. The contractor shall utilize assigned systems such as Service Management Tool (SMT).

Prepare and maintain records of program documentation in support of the AFCYBER portfolio, as requested. This includes the preparation of

Monthly Acquisition Reports (MARs), Selected Acquisition Reports (SARs), Defense Acquisition Executive Summaries (DAES), as well as CCaRS Should Cost inputs for all assigned programs. The contractor shall also be required to review, coordination, and staff all relevant acquisition program documentation, maintaining Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADMs), status and decision briefings, Portfolio Action Items, etc. using the records repository, as requested.

• Provide local support for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), execution reviews, budget “drills” (Congressional markups, integrated budget reviews, sequestration impacts, etc.), conferences, briefings, and other meetings. Activities will include interfacing and coordinating with other Directorate personnel to synchronize calendars and supporting materials/documents for these meetings. Support actions may include the scheduling of conference rooms, reserving telecom lines, and other business logistic support required to facilitate the conduct and completion of the meetings.

Aid with customer acquisition requirements development and developing supporting documentation for acquisition strategies. Support vendor engagements and demonstrations related to directed lines of effort and organizational priorities to include cyber activities, information warfare, electronic warfare, and ISR.

Provide expertise in DoD 5000 series for acquisition process knowledge of technology, services, urgent capability acquisition as well as related Air Force Instructions. The contractor shall provide expertise in producing cost estimates and business case analysis.

Assist with developing supporting documentation for the acquisition strategies. Assist in preparing memoranda necessary to document decisions, debriefs and project planning and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI required.
• Five (5) years of experience required.
