Werfen North America is looking for a Director, Strategic Programs & Business Operations based in Bedford, Massachusetts. This role supports the COO in driving strategic programs and business processes across critical business units.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in leadership roles within regulated industries and exceptionally strong communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $220,000–$260,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and quality systems.
• Experience managing profit and loss (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized methods for stakeholder coordination.
• Define internal processes for innovation programs.
• Provide guidance for optimizing program management.
