Handshake AI is seeking a Manager of Strategic Programs on the Operator Enablement team to build and own the systems, tooling, and processes SPLs rely on, from onboarding through scaled execution.

Your work will focus on expanding our central quality control program, ensuring reliable, calibrated data quality before delivery to customers, with room to grow into leadership as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in forward-deployed/solutions engineering, strategy and operations, or technical program management.
• Technical degree in engineering, computer science, physical sciences, statistics or analytics, or economics.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy cutting-edge AI tools across complex operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Scale central quality control program, increasing auditors and auditing hours while maintaining calibration.
• Build and own systems, tooling, and processes used by SPLs from onboarding to scale.
• Embed quality processes into the Delivery organization and coordinate across projects.
