Job summary
Digital Dynamics in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee development programs from concept to production. You will coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Application Engineering, owning program execution and communicating status to executive management.
The role requires strong listening, writing, and technical skills to drive schedules, risks, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of industry experience with technology products involving hardware and software.
- 4+ years in a program leadership role; Semiconductor Equipment Product Development a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical programs and multiple initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop overall program plan and drive execution on scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to secure commitments on schedule, cost, and resources
- Understand dependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Prepare and present weekly program status including progress on deliverables and risks
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes
- Lead project teams to deliver on time with required product attributes
- Resolve resource conflicts with functional managers and escalate issues as needed
- Analyze program risk and develop mitigation plans with SMEs and managers
