Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM teams to understand customer priorities and match key customers with the right executive sponsors.
• Own the SCE content catalog and maintain program collateral for sales plays, demos, and product launches.
• Manage network recognition and enablement programs to empower subject matter experts for executive audiences.
• Partner with the team to manage back-end data hygiene and tooling, using data to analyze program impact and drive quality improvements.
• Drive scaled 1:1 event activations at Tier 1 events, providing content training to optimize narratives for customer impact.
