Google Cloud is seeking a Strategic Customer Engagement professional to coordinate executive programs and content development. You will connect Google Cloud's Executive Network with critical customers, plan scaled event activations, and drive program success across multiple teams.
Responsibilities include managing the content catalog, providing training to subject matter experts, and measuring program impact to drive business results.

As part of the Google Cloud GTM team, Strategic Customer Engagement (SCE) organization leads critical customer‑facing executive programs, including our global Cloud Space Program (Executive Briefings in 9 locations); our Customer Advisory Boards; Executive Sponsorship and Insights program. These teams bring together the best of Google Cloud’s thinking and technology to help enterprise customers and partners solve their toughest challenges and accelerate their transformations. In this role, you will be connecting Google Cloud's Executive Network (Executive Sponsors and thought leaders) with our most critical customers. You will be responsible for planning scaled event activation, development and recognition offerings, and content programs that set our network up for success. This role requires strategic thinking, along with organized, detail‑oriented execution. The job involves managing the day‑to‑day operations, planning and delivery for these critical programs. You will work with a variety of teams, including executive leadership, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure these programs are effective and produce measurable business results.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
