Job summary

Vectrona, LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead contract execution for the NGB J5‑J Strategic Planning Analysis Services contract. You will oversee program performance, personnel, and deliverables, interfacing with government and contractor staff to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in political science, International Relations, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing DoD contracts and/or leading strategic planning efforts within the National Guard, Army, or Joint Staff.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide overall management and oversight of the Strategic Planning Analysis Services program to align with contract requirements and mission objectives.
Serve as liaison with NGB J5-J leadership and contracting officials to coordinate priorities, resolve issues, and maintain communication.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of a cross-functional team of analysts, planners, and support staff.
Manage the quality and timeliness of deliverables, including policy products, CNGB issuances, meetings support materials, dashboards, and analysis.
Monitor and report program performance using project management tools and contract performance metrics.
