Job summary

Cubic Corporation in San Francisco seeks a Regional Head of Customer Success to lead Global Services across multiple lines in the region. You will drive end-to-end customer outcomes, governance, and escalation management, coordinating SDMs, Technical Account Managers, and other teams to deliver consistent service.

Reporting to Senior Director, Customer Success, you will own regional performance, guide deployment readiness, and ensure high customer satisfaction across deployment and steady-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in service delivery, managed services, or mission-critical operations.
• Proven track record of owning senior customer escalations and driving resolution across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Regional Customer Success Leadership – Serve as the senior customer success leader for the region, accountable for the quality, consistency, and outcome of all customer-facing service activity across deployment and operations.
• Deployment & Program Delivery Oversight – Ensure all Lines of Service are mobilized, coordinated, and executing to contracted scope and schedule during active deployment phases.
• Service Operations & BAU Performance – Maintain regional oversight of service performance, incident management, ticket resolution, and escalation handling.
