Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Program Manager for Academic Partnerships & Grants to coordinate workforce pipeline and scholarship initiatives within its Career Transformation Center. The role focuses on execution, partnership management, and grant-related activities across internal service lines and external academic partners.

You will collaborate with Nursing, Allied Health, and HR partners to align education strategies with tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and employee development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Four years of experience in education/learning assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Grant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce pipeline and employee development programs within the Career Transformation Center.
• Manage relationships with schools and internal partners as part of Governance.
• Oversee partnership programs and initiatives and assist with grant writing and reporting.
• Deploy day-to-day services and ensure processes meet design specifications and outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to learn from programs and drive improvement using structured plans.
• Align system-entity efforts to ensure coordinated, efficient education strategies.
