Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, political science, project management, communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned state programs or initiatives, including setting milestones, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, goals, and deliverables to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather program requirements, identify dependencies, and establish efficient workflows.
• Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and guidance materials to support program implementation and compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data and performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare written reports, briefing materials, and presentations for agency leadership, legislative bodies, or other public entities.
• Provide program support, coordination, and logistical assistance for interdepartmental meetings, public outreach, or training sessions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state policies, procurement laws, IT standards, and program-specific regulations.
• Support TSS goals of increasing efficiency, reducing duplication, and modernizing services across the executive branch.
