Job summary

Moog Military Aircraft Group in Torrance, CA is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead a strategic development program for a key customer. You will coordinate cross-functionally, lead budgeting and scheduling, and ensure contractual compliance through all program activities.

Required are a BS degree and 10+ years in program management, with strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to obtain US Security Clearance. Experience on defense programs is highly desired.

Qualifications

• BS degree required or equivalent.
• Ten+ years of professional work experience, preferably in engineering or program management.
• Experience delivering on schedule, quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic development program for a key customer.
• Develop and execute a program through qualification and NPI maturity.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to optimize program success.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans with schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers, Moog management, and cross-functional teams.
