Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs to lead programs that differentiate for health plans and consumers. You will own design, partnerships, and execution to drive revenue, with a focus on test-to-treat and consumer health tech intersections.

Strong strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success. You will build dashboards and analytics, engage industry partners, and guide program performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8-12 years of experience preferred in healthcare/marketing strategy.
• Experience working with health plans or within healthcare industry.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings in labs/diagnostics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies strategic mindset, market expertise, and financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams to gain alignment.
• Leads execution of programs with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manages program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
