Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs to drive differentiation by designing and executing cross-functional programs with health plan and consumer healthcare partners. You will own program design, build partnerships, and manage end-to-end execution to drive revenue for Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions, including labs, biomarkers, and wearables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
• Direct experience working for or with health plans.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, specifically within the labs and diagnostics realm preferred.
• Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare industry preferred.

• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution.

• Leads and owns execution of programs with cross-functional teams.
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
