Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager III to execute governance for large-scale cross-collaboration initiatives within the Global Procurement Organization. You will drive performance improvements, work with leaders across levels, and shape global strategies aligned to business objectives.

You will collaborate with GPSI leaders to ensure program outcomes, manage complex programs spanning geographies, and apply change management to deliver meaningful results. Travel ~30% may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with strategic impact.
• Drive process improvements with data-driven enhancements and KPIs.
• Partner with organizational leaders to align programs with objectives and review metrics.
• Build and execute global launch strategies for new programs and processes.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
