Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Program Manager in the Washington, DC area to drive strategic priorities across Clinical & Research Quality and Operational Excellence. You will partner with R&D leaders to translate enterprise goals into coordinated execution, governance, and measurable programs.

The role covers strategic planning, portfolio coordination, leadership meeting planning, dashboards, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

Doctorate or advanced degree with relevant experience in program management, QA, or R&D.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic roadmaps.
Lean Six Sigma and PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic priorities across Clinical & Research Quality and Operational Excellence.
Coordinate governance, templates and executive updates for RDQ initiatives.
Plan leadership meetings, dashboards, and reporting materials.
Lead organizational transformation and change management efforts.
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment and delivery.
