Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. in Albany, Oregon, seeks a Program Manager to lead the company’s project management function and drive strategic initiatives. You will align cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and communicate priorities to executives and stakeholders.

We seek six+ years in program/project management with four+ years leading teams, plus strong PM principles and MS Office proficiency. This role is on-site and offers strong collaboration with Mountain House brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in program/project management or strategic planning with a BA in business/PM or related field.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the strategic planning process ensuring priorities align with business objectives.
• Oversee cross-functional projects, timelines, milestones, and reporting tools.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk mitigations, and resource coordination.
• Drive standardized PM practices to improve efficiency and execution.
• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans.
