Oregon Freeze Dry seeks a seasoned Program Manager to guide the company’s project management function and support key strategic priorities. You will oversee cross‑functional projects, drive accountability, manage internal communications, and ensure successful implementation of strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in program or project management or strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Experience leading and managing teams for at least four years.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional projects and align initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Develop and manage internal communications on priorities and leadership updates.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and reporting tools.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution.
• Develop PM processes, tools, and best practices to improve execution.
• Foster leadership development and coaching to engage the team.
