Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in program management, project management or strategic planning; BA in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, goal deployment, and organizational performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing management of the Company's strategic planning process.
• Monitor progress against strategic initiatives, milestones, and organizational objectives; provide updates to executive leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans across the organization.
• Develop and manage internal communications related to organizational priorities and programs.
• Create and maintain content for internal communication channels (digital signage, intranet, town halls, presentations).
• Oversee project management function; ensure prioritization and alignment with objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and reporting tools.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; drive timely resolution.
