Job summary

UC San Diego is seeking a Strategic Programs Manager for Residential, Retail, and Supply Chain Services (RRSS). The role leads the PMO for Strategic Insights, guiding data-driven process improvements and operational efficiency across major RRSS business lines.

You will collaborate with the RRSS Executive Leadership Team to analyze operations, prioritize initiatives, and drive AI-enabled tooling and automation while ensuring governance and measurable impact for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing full project lifecycles.
• Ability to develop structured reporting frameworks for communicating status and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO for Strategic Insights across RRSS.
• Drive data-driven process improvements and revenue/operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with ITS and Data Insights teams for technical and data support.
• Establish reporting mechanisms for status, milestones, risks, and benefits.
