Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results‑oriented Project Manager to drive operational initiatives across Operations, Call Center, Billing, and Customer Experience in Asheville, NC.

You will develop and maintain project plans, identify risks, coordinate multi‑team efforts, and push process improvements while ensuring commitments are met.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced environments with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, program management, or similar roles.
• Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience driving projects from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Proficiency with project documentation and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, DME, payer, revenue cycle, or insurance environments (preferred).
• Experience supporting call center or customer support operations (preferred).
• Experience managing client-facing projects or agency work (preferred).
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet (preferred).
• Experience supporting operational transformations and system implementations (preferred).
• Experience in rapidly growing organizations (preferred).
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Driving Operational Initiatives: translate priorities into execution plans across multiple teams.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Accountability: coordinate ownership, timelines, and next steps; facilitate meetings.
• Project Execution & Continuous Improvement: maintain project plans, risks, and status reporting.
• Compliance & Organizational Responsibilities: maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality; adhere to policies.
