Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five+ years in program/association management or related roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with CRM, MS Office, and virtual meeting tools; detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration for member groups and programs.
• Plan and support virtual and in-person meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
• Liaise with volunteers and leaders; manage participation metrics and reporting.
