Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin, home to the Cockrell School of Engineering’s Construction Industry Institute (CII), seeks a Senior Administrative Program Coordinator to lead and support member engagement groups and related programs. You will coordinate meetings, manage communications, and strengthen relationships with industry practitioners and volunteers.

Working with CII staff and volunteers, you will drive efficient operations, track participation metrics, and ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in program management, member engagement, association management, project coordination, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of assigned member groups and program tasks.
• Plan and support virtual and in-person meetings, including scheduling, registration, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up.
• Coordinate speaker communications, presentation collection, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and summary reports.
• Track member participation, attendance, and engagement metrics.
• Serve as the primary staff liaison for assigned member groups and volunteer leaders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to strengthen member participation.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
