Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Administrative Services Program Manager to help hospital departments optimize performance, lead strategic initiatives, and manage projects from discovery through delivery. You will support financial and operational planning while guiding teams to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires strong analytical methods, independent judgment, and experience executing strategic/business initiatives within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Planning or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of related professional experience demonstrating the requisite knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to sponsors and teams to ensure scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Oversees development/update of hospital policies/procedures to align with CommonSpirit standards and business strategies.
• Guides development of strategic and operating plans, metric dashboards, business cases, and support for strategic planning endeavors.
• Partners with unit leaders to lead rapid response teams to assess and develop solutions for business-critical issues; manages full lifecycle of project management.
• Produces reports and presentations to inform stakeholders on performance, collaborating with other departments to drive improvement.
