Job summary

Time For Change Foundation is seeking an Executive Fellow to act as the senior operational leader, overseeing programs, budgets, compliance, and funding deliverables. You will supervise management-level staff and drive cross-functional alignment with organizational strategy.

You will ensure that performance is tracked, grants are managed from award to closeout, and internal systems support growth and sustainability. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supervising managers and department leads.
• Strong background in program oversight within grant-funded environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs, departmental performance, and funding execution.
• Guide cross-functional teams and align with organizational strategy.
• Review and approve departmental work plans and budgets; ensure compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations with HR and support leadership development.
• Ensure grant reporting, invoicing, audits, and closeout materials are accurate and timely.
• Strengthen internal systems, dashboards, and accountability across departments.
