AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive strategic initiatives with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams. This onsite role emphasizes structuring complex issues into phased workstreams and delivering measurable business value.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in management and 10+ years preferred, with PMP/Six Sigma/PROSCI and healthcare knowledge valued. Onsite schedule Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, in Maitland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in management or equivalent with diverse teams and major projects.
• 10+ years of management experience preferred.
• Mentoring project managers preferred.
• Strategic planning experience preferred.
• Experience with PMP, Six Sigma, or PROSCI certifications preferred.
• Healthcare administration knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program initiatives with Executive Sponsors and project teams.
• Develop and structure strategic initiatives into phased workstreams and deliverables.
• Ensure goals are achieved within scope and timeframe.
• Develop business value propositions and plans for initiatives.
• Manage agendas, follow-ups, and detailed calendars with executives.
• Serve as a business partner with executives executing agenda and strategy.
• Prepare communications strategies for major initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on proposals meeting expectations.
