Qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field.

• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight and day-to-day program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the program's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements and regulations.
• Lead governance, milestones, and resource allocation across initiatives.
