Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director as the overall Account Leader responsible for client relationships and program delivery. You will lead strategic direction, operational excellence, and technology-enabled transformation for complex enrollment and premium processing programs across the MA Connector Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services (HHS) sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross‑functional teams in a client‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the project’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing P&L statements.
• Ensure program operations comply with contract requirements and state/federal regulations.
• Set and align goals to support overall project strategies.
• Oversee all project administrative operations including budget, controls, and HR.
• Plan, develop, and schedule priorities for achieving operational and performance goals.
• Review management, productivity, and financial reports to ensure objectives are met.
• Participate in audits, research studies, forecasts, and modeling exercises.
