Job summary

The Kresge Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support cross-program projects, learning and evaluation activities, and grantmaking for the Opportunity Fund. The role reports to the VP of Programs and the L&E Director and includes administrative leadership within the Programs Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience with demonstrated increase of responsibility.
• Demonstrated interest in community development, public administration, and/or urban planning.
• Working knowledge of one or more of the Foundation’s Program areas desirable.

Responsibilities

• General Administration and Team Coordination across Programs and L&E teams, including task tracking and meeting prep.
• Monitor timelines, deadlines, budgets, and travel arrangements; manage materials and communications.
• Coordinate Board materials and expense processing; support internal communications and intranet updates.
