Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required; Master’s degree and relevant credentialing are preferred.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong verbal communications and social skills.
• Proven ability to lead and think strategically across sectors.
• Ability to undertake extensive national travel (~30%).
• Commitment to racial equity and social mobility.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to grantmaking strategy and program development.
• Collaborate with funders and cross-sector partners to achieve objectives.
• Develop criteria to evaluate portfolio impact and results.
• Lead cross-team projects and external networks to advance strategies.
• Prepare strategy papers and grant write-ups for management and Board.
• Identify grant and social investment opportunities and communicate learnings.
