Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of coordinating and planning projects and managing communications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
• Proficient with email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and digital communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan work activities for the department for review with senior staff.
• Implement and manage tasks aligned with departmental objectives.
• Support project development activities: data collection, reports, requests, and special projects.
• Develop and maintain time schedules for staff, events, and activities.
• Prepare multimedia presentations and reports using Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Create and disseminate department communications including newsletters, web content, and social posts.
