Arcfield is seeking a Program Management Analyst IV to support the Re-Entry Branch on the SLCM-N program. The role emphasizes translating technical discussions into minutes, coordinating meetings, and managing stakeholder communications.

Requirements include an active TS clearance, ability to work independently and within teams, and strong documentation skills. Experience with SSP or NNSA programs is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor BS 8-10, MS 6-8, or PhD 3-5; education can substitute for military service or SSP experience.
• Active TS clearance required for role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to author technical documentation and program plans.
• Proficient in project management tools and formal communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital member of the program management team, managing stakeholder communication and coordinating meetings.
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear, concise technical meeting minutes.
• Develop and review documentation with technical accuracy for the Re-Entry Branch.
