Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst in Cincinnati, OH, to join the Mission Systems team on a full-time onsite basis with a 9/80 schedule. You will interface with program stakeholders to develop and maintain a robust Integrated Master Schedule, identifying milestones and contractual dates, while managing risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Will consider 6 years of applied experience in lieu of degree.
• Some planning/scheduling related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations and Business Management to develop program plans and schedules.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze a program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which incorporates all program scope and identifies program milestones with contractual need dates.
• Work with Control Account Managers to decompose program scope into clearly defined tasks, identify dependencies and analyze impacts to forecast dates and critical paths.
• Support the business management team with developing an estimate to complete based on resource requirements for scheduled tasks; manage status updates and internal/external reports on program status.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS Guidelines and strengthen overall program execution.
