Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Core Team and Extended Team to execute transformations.
• Define program strategy, work breakdown structures, and integrated plans.
• Create project contracts and budgets; monitor progress against plan.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; report milestones to executives.
• Collaborate with 3rd party partners and internal teams to meet timelines.
