Job summary

GBTI Solutions Inc. seeks a PMO analyst to support program, portfolio, real-property, and project-analysis activities for US government clients. You will help leadership observe construction, sustainment, and performance through analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities include facilitation, acquisition support, portfolio analysis, risk management, and creating dashboards and data products for senior leadership. A government-facing role may require coordination with CORs and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Resume must be approved by COR and Government client before start.
• Experience with government acquisition processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation and meeting preparation: agendas, minutes, action-item tracking.
• Acquisition support: procurement timelines, documents, and performance metrics.
• Portfolio analysis and reporting: standard and ad-hoc briefs and QA.
• Real property management: monthly reporting and asset tracking.
• Project analysis support: reports, PRDs, and data review.
• Risk management support: risk assessments, baselines, and mitigation tracking.
