Job summary

Gbti-Solutions-Inc seeks a senior program analyst to provide comprehensive support to the BPAM PMO, leading quality and consistency of briefings and risk reporting and coordinating program analysts for reliable visibility into construction, sustainment, and operational performance.

The role covers portfolio analysis, risk management, acquisition support, and real-property management, including TRIRIGA and SAP proficiency. Collaboration with government clients and senior leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Education can be offset by additional relevant experience with approval.
• Resume must be submitted and approved by COR and Government client before start.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor-side quality control for portfolio, program, real-property and risk products.
• Coordinate work among Program Analysts for reports, briefings, and data calls.
• Standardize templates, data definitions and QA checks for consistent reporting.
• Advise Government client on portfolio trends, data gaps, and risk themes.
• Facilitate meetings and ad-hoc working sessions with clear objectives.
• Provide senior acquisition-analysis support including milestones and plans.
• Develop and oversee the risk-management program for the portfolio.
• Manage real-property activities and TRIRIGA data, inventories and reports.
• Support project analysis and risk-management reporting throughout lifecycle.
