Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Littleton, CO seeks a Program Planning & Integration leader to drive end-to-end planning and schedule management for programs from inception through completion. You will coordinate with program management and customers as the planning integrator, shaping cost/schedule baselines and leading a planning team.

The role focuses on risk integration, schedule risk assessments, and performance metrics to improve program outcomes, with strong collaboration across management levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, or Manufacturing/Production Operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/APRISO) and with Microsoft Project or Open Plan.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI w/poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management for program capture and execution.
• Collaborate with program management, senior management and the customer as the planning integrator.
• Provide leadership to the planning team and ensure risk/opp integration with schedule and cost baselines.
