Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL seeks an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A01) or Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A02) to join the Aeronautics Systems sector within the Business Management Organization. You will develop the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives and coordinate across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality.

A01 requires a Bachelor's by June 2027 in Industrial Engineering, Communications, Education, Business,

Qualifications

• Be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by June 2027.
• Major in Industrial Engineering, Communications, Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite).
• Be able to obtain and maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
• Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite) and Program Special Access may be required to start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
• Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
