Job summary

Vital Voices Global Partnership in Washington, D.C. is hiring a Program Manager to lead the WomenLeaders India Fellowship, overseeing program design, delivery, and evaluation with a focus on curriculum development and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires India experience, 4–8 years in related fields, and regular overlap with India time zones. It is a hybrid position with two in-person days per week at VVHQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4–8 years of relevant program management experience in international development or women’s leadership programming.
• Experience designing curriculum and facilitating training programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of the WomenLeaders India Fellowship.
• Design, adapt, and facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and forecasts; ensure compliance.
• Manage MERL evaluation plans and data reporting for program improvements.
• Support proposal development, donor reporting, and funder relations.
• Engage with participants, trainers, partners, and funders across the U.S. and India.
