Job summary

Vital Voices Global Partnership seeks a Project Manager for The Mothers’ Call, based in Washington, DC. You will drive day-to-day operations, coordinate across the Vital Voices team, movement co-leads, vendors, and coalition partners, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and materials are consistent in English, Arabic, and Hebrew.

The role requires a strong operational background, 5+ years in international work or 3+ with a graduate degree, and excellent English communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant work experience required; graduate degree with 3 years also acceptable.
• Strong operational and event management background in complex settings.
• Experience in international development, peacebuilding, human rights, or global women’s issues.
• Excellent oral and written English communications; Arabic and/or Hebrew preferred.
• Experience in the Middle East; ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong prioritization.
• Proficient in MS Office, social tools, and project management software.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream projects with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the Phase 2 workplan and track milestones across pillars.
• Coordinate advocacy materials, policy documents, talking points, and donor reports.
• Manage translation workflows and multilingual materials for English, Arabic, Hebrew.
• Support movement co-leads with scheduling, briefing materials, and meeting prep.
• Maintain MERL indicators and compile quarterly progress and donor reports.
• Plan and execute anchor events with vendors and partners.
