Job summary
GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager in San Diego, CA to lead acquisition financial activities and program planning for DON-related projects.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience; a MBA is preferred. A Secret clearance is required or to be obtained. Position offers competitive compensation and federal contractor benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university is required.
- Seven (7) years of specialized acquisition financial and program planning, budgeting, and accounting experience within the DON.
- Seven (7) years of experience interpreting and applying financial or accounting principles with familiarity with related processes, policies, and regulations.
- Seven (7) years of experience as a team lead or senior member of a financial or accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Provide program management support within a Federal Government contracting environment.
- Interpret and apply financial and accounting principles to program budgeting and planning.
- Lead a financial/accounting team and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Collaborate with DON and other government partners to align program goals with strategic objectives.
