Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager in San Diego, CA to lead acquisition financial activities and program planning for DON-related projects.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience; a MBA is preferred. A Secret clearance is required or to be obtained. Position offers competitive compensation and federal contractor benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university is required.
• Seven (7) years of specialized acquisition financial and program planning, budgeting, and accounting experience within the DON.
• Seven (7) years of experience interpreting and applying financial or accounting principles with familiarity with related processes, policies, and regulations.
• Seven (7) years of experience as a team lead or senior member of a financial or accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support within a Federal Government contracting environment.
• Interpret and apply financial and accounting principles to program budgeting and planning.
• Lead a financial/accounting team and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution.
• Collaborate with DON and other government partners to align program goals with strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year College or University (required). Master's degree in Business Administration (desired). Desired Experience:
• Seven (7) years of specialized acquisition financial and program planning, budgeting, and accounting experience within the DON.
• Seven (7) years of experience interpreting and applying financial or accounting principles and familiarity with financial and accounting processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.
• Seven (7) years of experience in being a Team Lead or senior member of a financial or accounting team with analysis decision-making experience.
