Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in hardware/manufacturing/supplier-facing engineering environments.
• Experience supporting new product development (NPD) programs from concept to production ramp, including supplier involvement.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programs and tying them to a master schedule.
• Strong gap analysis and proactive risk identification skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Supplier Industrialization Engineering team and manages project schedules.
• Identifies schedule, resource, and technical gaps early and drives resolution with engineering and supplier teams.
• Maintains overall health reporting for leadership on SIE activities.
• Links supplier projects to the broader company program schedule and flags downstream impacts.
• Partners with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to align priorities and dependencies.
• Runs status reviews, gate checks, and stakeholder updates to keep projects moving.
