Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Project Manager/Leader in Cincinnati, OH to direct large cross-functional engineering programs for customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in aerospace or technology, plus 5 years leading complex projects.

You will develop proposals, review contracts, lead teams, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high technical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace or technology space.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering projects (min five major projects).
• Experience using project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed technical and program goals on multiple projects.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of proposals for new or existing projects.
• Perform contract reviews and resolve customer issues.
• Document and refine project quality plans and scope.
• Lead the project team for scope development.
• Coordinate between disciplines, vendors, and field.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, QoP, directives, and Belcan procedures.
• Provide technical leadership of engineers and designers.
• Drive project execution and report results to leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
