Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience with waterfall and agile.
• 5+ years managing a diverse portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs.
• Leadership of cross-functional technical teams (architects, engineers, SREs, etc.).
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Experience leveraging data/AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Proficiency with Jira/Jira Service Manager/Smartsheet and Lucidchart for process mapping.
• Strong written, oral, and visual communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across full lifecycle: intake, scope, planning, execution, value realization.
• Manage tasks/resources across waterfall, scrum, kanban, or hybrid; run sprint ceremonies.
• Prioritize operations tasks and adapt plans to changing business needs.
• Coordinate with managers to assign activities and maximize throughput.
• Define and track program-level metrics tied to business outcomes and ROI.
• Design real-time dashboards (Power BI) and dashboards for leadership.
