Zusammenfassung

The Maryland Department of Commerce is seeking qualified applicants for the Small, Minority, Women-Owned Business Account Program Manager (SMWOBA) within the Office Finance Programs in the Division of Business Growth & Attraction.

This position is a Management Service role reporting to the Appointing Authority, located at The World Trade Center in Baltimore. The program leads compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination across state agencies and private partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Eight years of administrative or professional work experience; five years in lending, underwriting, financial analysis, and grant administration.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Oversee compliance with statutes, regulations and financial policies for SMWOBA and VLT programs.
• Coordinate with fund managers, Commerce leadership, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level reports and monitor program performance.
