Responsibilities include governance, risk mitigation, resource alignment, and reporting to executives, including the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years in healthcare or diagnostic lab settings.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs with complex systems.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft).
• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive governance with timelines, milestones, budgets, and reporting structures; monitor progress.
