Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers seeks a qualified professional to lead project and program management efforts across the district. You will apply established policies to align schedules, budgets, and resources, and develop standardized processes.

You will oversee a large P2 database for hundreds of projects, guiding information flow and delivering training or guidance as needed. Supervisory duties and compliance with CDP are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience applying policies, procedures, and guidance related to project schedules and resources.
• Ability to analyze project management databases for changes in resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience supervising complex administrative, technical, and professional programs.

Responsibilities

• Applies project management knowledge to achieve scheduling, funding, and program goals.
• Develops the District's project management plan to standardize processes.
• Manages P2 database resources, programming, and execution for 650+ projects.
• Evaluates information flow, identifies confusion, provides guidance, and may train staff.
• Supervises employees in management of complex programs through P2 Requirements.
