Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with ABET accreditation, or equivalent.
• Specialized federal experience in directing complex civil engineering projects.
• Possession of or eligibility for PE licensure or EI/EIT.
• Knowledge of contract management and project cost control.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution and operations for major civil engineering projects.
• Evaluate technical efforts and work products from team members.
• Verify compliance of deliverables with plans and specifications.
• Interpret contract specs and manage contractor submittals.
• Negotiate contract modifications, cost adjustments, and schedules.
